Different ways to drive from San Jose to Tortuguero:
    By car you drive in 3 hours from San Jose (SJO) International Airport to either
  1. La Pavona Parqueo (120 km, northeast of Guapiles)
    Click in your GPS with Costa Rica maps on:
    Where to? > Points of Interest > Spell Name and enter 'La Pavona Parqueo'
    In La Pavona Parqueo you can park your car and take the boat to Tortuguero (1.5 hours)
    -OR-
  2. Moin (170 km, near Limon)
    Click in your GPS with Costa Rica maps on:
    Where to? > Points of Interest > Spell Name and enter 'Moin'
    In Moin you can park your car near 'Embarcadero Moin a Tortuguero' and take the boat to Tortuguero (4 hours)
